 Back to the Dacks with Tom & Leslie for one last high peak hike of the season.  Today we hiked up Allen Mountain - 17.5 miles round trip - through meadows, across a river, across a lake, over several logging roads, up a slide, over blow down from Hurricane Floyd, up a brook, through a scree field from another slide, through woods, mud and thick brush...it was awesome!
