Mount Katahdin - Baxter State Park, Maine.
The main reason I headed for Maine was Katahdin.
Katahdin is the northern endpoint of the Appalachian Trail and the highest mountain in Maine. And for me, its the last of the really big mountains in the east that I've always wanted to hike.
